Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter - the "Agreement") is a legally binding document regulating the use of the Cardix service (hereinafter - the "Service").

1.2. By using the Service, the User confirms full agreement with the terms of the Agreement. If the User does not agree with the terms, he must immediately stop using the Service.

2. Service Description

2.1. The Service allows users to create and send digital postcards with personal images and text.

2.2. Basic use of the Service is free. Postcards are automatically deleted 14 days after creation.

2.3. For an additional fee, a postcard can be made permanent (saved forever).

3. Disclaimer

3.1. The Service is provided "AS IS". The Administration gives no warranties, express or implied, including with respect to performance, security, fitness for purpose, or suitability for particular purposes.

3.2. The Administration is not responsible for:

  • any losses (including loss of profit, data, reputation) arising from the use or inability to use the Service;
  • actions or inaction of third parties;
  • the content of postcards created by Users;
  • technical failures, errors, delays in operation or unavailability of the Service.

3.3. All risks associated with the use of the Service are fully borne by the User.

4. Limitations

4.1. The User undertakes to independently assess the legality of his actions when using the Service.

4.2. It is prohibited to use the Service for:

  • creating postcards with illegal, offensive or extremist content;
  • violating third party copyrights;
  • spam or mass distribution of unwanted content;
  • intentional loading of the Service or exhausting its resources.

4.3. The User undertakes to comply with the legislation of Georgia and the country where the user is located.

4.4. The Service administration has the full right, without refund and prior notice, to refuse service to the user for any reason.

4.5. The Administration has the right at any time, without notice or explanation of reasons, to:

  • limit or block User access to the Service;
  • delete any postcard or information;
  • suspend or terminate the operation of the Service in whole or in part.

5. Confidentiality

5.1. The Administration may collect a minimal amount of technical data necessary for the operation of the Service.

5.2. The Administration does not guarantee complete security or anonymity of transmitted data.

5.3. Detailed information about data collection and processing is provided in the Privacy Policy.

6. Changes to the Agreement

6.1. The Administration has the right to unilaterally change the terms of the Agreement at any time without prior notice.

6.2. Continued use of the Service after changes are made means the User's agreement with the new terms.

7. Applicable Law

7.1. All issues and disputes related to the use of the Service are governed by the legislation of Georgia.

8. Return Conditions

8.1. Since the Service provides digital goods and intangible services (permanent postcards), returns and exchanges after their provision are not possible.

8.2. Refunds can only be made in cases where:

  • the service was not rendered due to technical reasons on the part of the Service;
  • the postcard was not saved after payment.

8.3. To arrange a refund, the User must contact the Service support within 24 hours of payment, indicating the postcard link and contact details.

8.4. The decision on a refund is made by the Administration individually in each case.

By creating a postcard, the User confirms that he has read this Agreement and unconditionally accepts its terms.
